I brought my bike in today (July 16) -- I had never been in before but drive by frequently and have seen the listing on CD reviews/news -- and y'all fixed my tire on the spot, tweaked my breaks and checked it out (I thought maybe it needed a tune up) and told me it was lookin' good, no tune up necessary! Great vibe, easy going personnel, knowledgeable. I didn't feel ripped off which is how I have felt in the past after getting my bike worked on. I am not super savvy about bikes and components, but I bet if I walked in with any kind of goofy question or issue I would be treated with the utmost respect! Props to you guys! I will tell everyone to go there!! Kedra Owner All-Purpose Pizza |

i love this shop. it is awesome in almost any way you could want a small bike shop to be awesome, not the least in that there's no salespeople there -- everyone who works there is a mechanic (who can also sell you stuff). great repairs, some nice used bikes, and occasionally some amazing (and pretty cheap) hand-welded and modified cargo bikes. i trust the folks here to do outstanding work and charge a fair price. if they're slightly more expensive than velo (ugh, i did not like my experience there -- instead of trying to help me fix my wheel they tried to push a new one that cost more than my entire bike) it's because they're a smaller shop. but that also means that you matter more to them, and can, you know, actually talk to the people that are going to work on your bike and get better info to them about what exactly it is you're looking for. also, alex isn't suspicious, he and the rest of the mechanics are really nice and honest about prices -- just ask why something costs what it does and you might learn something interesting (handmade vs imported from china, old standard vs new, etc). i suspect they just don't have time to price everything ahead of time. |

| Great place. Love the bone yard. Kind of suspicious of the owner, who randomly assigns prices to items at will. Expensive, but they do a damn good job. Know their stuff and then some. | |

| i am a biker and really excited about this shop but think there prices are too high. A simple tune up was 1/3 less over at Velo's. | |

I bike commute every day. After about 5 years the gears and chain were worn out. Took it to 20/20 and for about $200 they made it good as new. They worked round my schedule and helped with the old model rear wheel. Real proof: it's been about 3 months and it's still humming along. Pleasant and helpful staff. Funky store. Try it. you'll like it! Andrew |

| really, 20/20 is one of the best bike shops in the US. great owner, skilled staff, modestly-priced boneyard. plus, everyone there has a true aesthetic for well-made and/or stylish bikes. and a concert series to boot, hot damn. | |
