Banks, who has been charged with an armed robbery from 4/25 of this year in the 500 block of 22nd Ave. He has previous convictions for attempted robbery and drugs. His last known address for his warrant is in the 700 block of N 104th St.

Police were trying to arrest a warrant suspect when he tried to make a break for it. But the building was surrounded so he went back inside. Interesting trivia: the suspect has the same name as a major star in a recent and very unfunny movie. Update: Three in custody so far. A white female in pink pants tried to lock them out of the building. Caller reports that a 22 year old warrant suspect just arrived home
Mom called to say her son was in front of the minimart there, was "extremely high", and that he had open warrants. However, a records search indicated that he did not have any open warrants, but did have an active DOC record.
