Banks, who has been charged with an armed robbery from 4/25 of this year in the 500 block of 22nd Ave. He has previous convictions for attempted robbery and drugs. His last known address for his warrant is in the 700 block of N 104th St.

Caller reports that a 22 year old warrant suspect just arrived home
Mom called to say her son was in front of the minimart there, was "extremely high", and that he had open warrants. However, a records search indicated that he did not have any open warrants, but did have an active DOC record.
