A juvenile on a bike is riding up and down the street looking into parked cars. He is a black males, teens, grey shirt, black hat, headphones. Update: Officer saw the kid earlier being questioned by Swedish security and is attempting to contact them.
Caller sees a man trying to get into the trunk of a car.
Man in the bushes. White male, 50s.
A man with a bloody shoulder is waundering around Cal Anderson ,white male, 30, white shirt black pants
An unknown man is in front of a residence smoking drugs and attempting to get in the yard.
Man is trying every door handle as he walks past vehicles. Suspect is a white male, 20s, black jacket, black hat.
Man is hanging around the Bank of America ATM. He waits until someone has made a transaction and leaves, then he walks up to the machine and starts pressing buttons. The caller thinks he is pressing the "Do you want to make another transaction button?" and grabbing cash. Suspect is a white male, 30's in brown leather jacket, hiding in the bushes.
Man walking on Dearborn has a torn, bloody shirt, and appears to be carrying a knife. He is a black male, 20's, wearing a pull-down cap and khaki pants.
