Caller heard glass breaking and someone yell the name bill
A 12-year old stole something, but his mom took him away from security and left the store. They're headed southbound on Rainier.
Caller said that a man had lit a house on fire and he was still on the property. Fire responding. The suspect's name is "Emitt".
Update: Suspect left the scene. Waiting for description. Eastbound travel on King is being blocked Update x2: Suspect is a black male, 30, bald, that hangs out a Mt. Carmel
A vehicle has run into a gas pump at the 76 station, causing a fire. Police are shutting down traffic on all neighboring streets, including Broadway.
Update: Victim found with burns on her legs and feet. Update x2: Police have the driver, who is described as "very high"
Citizen says they saw a person shooting gun, took off eastbound. Possible involved vehicle is a gray bronco heading westbound after people heard the shots. Possible suspect is a black male, 20s, sliver/black windbreaker, cornrows. "young looking" black males seen running southbound, possibly escaping gunfire. No sign of victims yet. Possible additional suspect from a witness who called in: black male, 18, large white t-shirt.
Update: Suspects may have entered at house in the 900 block of 28th S Update x2: Police have surrounded a red house on this block. They just saw a black male peek out of the drapes, see police and then shut them again. Update x3: 12:56pm - Police are trying to make contact with the suspect in the house Update x4: 12:59pm - Washington Middle School has gone into a shelter-in-place mode due to the activity
Business says that transients are dumping trash on their property and want them removed.

The caregiver of a deceased person is removing property from his residence. The caller says she doesn't have any legal authority to do so.

Evidently the WAMU incident above was part of a pattern. The same guy went into the BofA across the street, wrote something on a piece of paper and then crumpled it up before leaving. They think he's casing the banks for robbery. Suspect is a white male, 20, 6', in a dark black p-coat, and with a broken arm in a cast and a sling
Report of a couple fighting in a house
Possible burglary in progress in an apartment. Suspect is in the apartment at a time when the resident is not supposed to be home. White female, purple sweatsuit.
Caller thinks people are dealing crack out of a white cargo van parked on the street
A man held up a TMobile store with a knife. Black male, 35-45, dark skin, 3.5 in folding knife, 5'11", black jacket, red baseball cap, black backpack. He got into a vehicle driven by a black female, 30-40, black hair, dark skin, last seen southbound on Boren in a car with the front license plate in the front windshield.
An unknown male entered the caller's secured yard, and he's now climbing the fence into their neighbor's yard. White male, mid 20s, blonde hair, wearing a red shirt

A man with a ladder is trying to reach the top floor window of a vacant house.
Man in custody at QFC. Medics are standing by too because he's really intoxicated
A woman called 911 and said someone was trying to kill her - she then hung up abruptly. When operators called back and she said that there were people outside with guns. Another caller said that it was the woman's baby's father who was outside in a car with a gun.
A couple is having a fight, and the wife is preventing the husband from leaving to go for a walk to try and cool things down
Caller's ex-girlfriend hit her in the face and then went into another apartment
A girl had a fight with her family and ran out of the house with a knife. A number of officers are looking for her in interlaken park. Update: The girl has been found hiding in bushes in the park.

A tree has fallen on a house - power will be going out soon on that block
Disoriented male is yelling and screaming in a building. 42 year old white male
Caller thinks two men are selling drugs from a parked vehicle. Blue 4-door, occupied by 2 black males
A woman was driving a car through the park and then through several yards before crashing into a tree. Black 96 honda civic, occupied by an asian female and male
A female on the 5th floor is screaming in the hallway
