What:	Tilth’s Maria Hines takes on Chef Masaharu Morimoto on The Food Network’s Iron Chef on Sunday, August 1 and her fans at The BottleNeck will be cheering her on to victory! Join us for a memorable evening of PBR drinking and TV jeering. We’ll have plenty of cold cans on ice, great drink specials, and loads of Theo Chocolates available for the crowd. This isn't the first time Hines has caught good air time – she appeared on the second season of "Top Chef Masters last Spring, but didn’t grab the top spot. We don’t care – our tip money is on Hines as she enters Kitchen Stadium. Tilth was named one of top 10 best new restaurants by the New York Times in 2008 and received the 2009 "Best Chef Northwest" James Beard Award.
