What:	Design review for a 4 story mixed-use building at 12th & Fir: Land Use Application to allow a four story, 18 unit residential building with 4,500 sq. ft. of ground floor retail space in an environmentally critical area. Parking for 19 vehicles will be provided in a garage below grade.
