Tomorrow from 11:30 AM-1:30 PM in, front of Cal’s American Kitchen, 404 Terry Ave North, Garfield High School PTSA will be selling tickets for their Tesla Sedan raffle. A rather unique fundraiser this year we are only selling 1,650 tickets for a chance to win a Tesla sedan, the 2013 all electric car of the year. Tickets are $100 each and the winner will be drawn at the Garfield PTSA auction on Friday, March 1st. You do not need be present to win. Stop by on your lunch break and check out not one, but two Tesla Sedans that we will have on display. Proceeds from the raffle go towards many excellent programs and extracurricular activities at Garfield HS including Writers in the Schools, College Access Now, a Volunteer coordinator for classroom support and tutoring, and studio art supplies.
