Body found in 34th and Union parking lot - UPDATED

Emergency responders were called to a parking lot at 34th and Union in Madrona around 6:30 a.m. this morning. We are still working to find out more, but a tipster sent CDN a photo from the scene.

The tipster said a body was taken from the scene by the coroner, and SPD was taking pictures of a white Toyota 4Runner.

We will update as we learn more.

10:13AM - UPDATE - According to the Fire Department, medics were called to the scene of a man down in a parking lot at 3300 East Union Street. at 6:27 a.m. When medics arrived, they found the man to be unconscious. They attempted to perform CPR.

The units that responded are no longer on duty, so Seattle Fire does not have more information at this time.
4:53PM - SPD reports that they do not currently see anything that indicates foul play in the incident.

Was there ever any follow-up about this? It doesn't seem to have ever been covered in either the Times or the PI.
