Former Facts building demolished?

Hi, I just drove by he corner of MLK and Cherry and noticed a digger knocking down the front half of the former Facts building. What's going on at this corner? There's still an old For Sale sign on the lot.

Sale is pending on the facts building . I was told that the people that made a offer are dog walkers . and the lot had Gas station their back in the thirties .
