The May 26th meeting of the East Precinct Crime Prevention Coalition (EPCPC) was held at the Horace Mann School and our speaker for the evening was Jocquelyn Duncan with the Work -it- Out program. Ms. Duncan gave us an overview of the program, and informed us of the Work -it- Out mission which is to equip vulnerable youth between the ages of 16-21with the intellectual, emotional and spiritual skills to become empowered, knowledgeable citizens actively engaged in their communities.

We also heard from Assistant City Attorney Jim Kenny about the Alcohol Impact Area and the annual report going to the Liquor Control Board.  Our next meeting is June 23rd at 6pm at the Douglass – Truth Library.
