In+rebuttal+of+a+comment+by+Arlen+Hurd.+The+project+at+Lavizzo+Park+is+merely+a+pea+patch.+A+personal+pea+patch+used+by+him.+I+have+no+knowledge+nor+have+I+seen+any+other+individuals+tending+the+patch.+I+asked+him+about+planting+there+and+was+told+that+anything+planted+must+be+%22+donated+to+and+consumed+by+the+annual+block+party+only.%22+What%3FThe+parks+dept.+has+no+knowledge+of+this+garden+nor+does+it+permit+such+on+park+property+as+we+spoke+with+them+on+Sept.+9+.+I+would+love+to+see+a+community+pea+patch+for+all+in+this+neighborhood+to+participate+in.+If+its+ok+for+one+person+to+stake+a+claim+in+the+park+we+should+all+be+able+to.+If+I’m+missing+something+here-+please+clue+me+in!+Anybody%3F
