Here's all the excitement from the streets of Seattle's East Precinct:

12:04PM - 2614 11th Ave E - Narcotics Activity - Two males seen passing a pipe in a white sedan. Two white males, 20s.
1:51PM - 700 30th Ave - Alarm - On an upstairs bathroom window
2:12PM - 19th E. & E. Republican - Suspicious Circumstance - Transients seen hanging around, possibly casing homes
2:33PM - 400 Belmont Ave E - Fire - Officer reporting a "small apartment fire"
Update: Evidently we misheard this, as no fire trucks were ever dispatched to that location
3:01PM - 1515 Bellevue Ave - Disturbance - Two transient males refusing to leave the area in front of a business
3:43PM - E. Harvard & Republican - Suspicious Circumstance - Caller suspects 3 guys with bolt cutters are about to steal a bike. Seems likely..
4:11PM - 1100 17th Ave - Disturbance - A confusing sounding dispute about a vehicle accident, evidently involving someone known to the calling party
5:03PM - Boylston & E. Union - Disturbance - Cabby wrestling with a fare who is evidently refusing to pay
5:22PM - 2700 S. Main - Domestic Disturbance - Man's brother is trying to pick a fight with the man's son
5:36PM - 900 24th Ave - Narcotics Activity - Drug deal seen between a Chevy Impala (dealer) and an older yellow 4-door with a disabled parking permit (buyer)
6:11PM - 600 29th Ave E - Alarm - Interior motion in a house

I'm near 700 Belmont today and I heard fire trucks around 2:30.

i saw 2 fire trucks and 1 ambulance at belmont and harrison at that time.
