The newly opened Chloe complex at 14th & Union is making big strides on leasing their ground floor retail space:
- A new gym has opened up in the space along 14th, with weights, cardio machines, and personal training. They've got a $29 per month membership opening special now with no enrollment fee.
- Capitol Hill Seattle reports that the popular Marjorie restaurant that used to be located downtown has signed a lease in the Chloe building. No word yet on an opening date.
