Year in Review: Development way down, projects on hold

It would also be interesting to see some sort of year over year comparison regarding residential activity in the neighborhood. Not sure if you can get housing starts by neighborhood? It seems like residential activity has picked up some. A couple of examples are a brand new very contemporary and modern home on 31st and Alder for $1,200,000 that just got listed. Also, new townhomes broke ground recently on 31st or 32nd and Yesler.
