It's Friday! And it's cold, windy, and wet on the streets of Seattle's East Precinct. Here's the scoop: 

12:09PM - 26th & E. Cherry - Accident - 2 vehicle injury accident, blocking both directions on Cherry
12:16PM - 1300 E. Spring - Trespassing - Woman asking to police to be on hand as she walks through a vacant building that should be vacant
12:23PM - 23rd & Jackson - Reckless Cyclist - A man is intentionally riding a bike slowly on 23rd, and threw water on the complainant's car. White male, 30s
Update: The man is now harassing the woman in the Hollywood video parking lot
12:43PM - 2300 E. Yesler Way - Disturbance - Woman is yelling at people and refusing to leave the library
1:31PM - 1918 E. Republican - Property Damage - Man breaking out the windows of vehicle and buildings as he walks eastbound. White male, teens, walking with a couple of other people
2:02PM - 1401 Broadway - Shoplifting - Adult male in custody at QFC
2:51PM - 24th & E. Alder - Fight - A large on, evidently involving Garfield students

Reckless Cyclist
This same guy hits cars with his pump regardless if they are going fast or not. One day he is going to mess with the wrong person!

Scott, Do you have any more info on this fight? No one I've talked from the school to heard anything about it.
