CDNews Police Scanner - 10/19

A wee bit late today, but back in the CDScanner saddle. Here's the scoop:

2:42PM - 1900 Boyer E. - Prowler - Unclear if he was prowling houses or cars. White male, 50s, blue baseball cap, blue jeans, carrying a blue walmart shopping bag.
Update: The suspect looked in the caller's window and then asked to use the bathroom
3:09PM - 500 E. Denny Way - Assault - No details yet...
3:37PM - 900 E. Alder - Welfare Check - Out-of-town daughter believes that elderly father is in some sort of a manic state and wants him committed. White male, 70s
3:37PM - 1400 S. Dearborn - Narcotics Activity - Female and male smoking from a pipe while lounging under a tree. Hispanice male, 30s, and white female, 20s, blonde hair, pony tail
3:58PM - Rainier S. & S. Dearborn - Hit & Run - Older blue pickup hit someone and drove away southbound.
4:01PM - 33rd E. & E. Harrison - Disturbance - Woman in a dispute with a neighbor over "parking issues"
4:27PM - 300 27th Ave - Disturbance - One neighbor arguing with another over yard equipment
5:00PM - 917 E Jefferson - Narcotics Activity - Caller says that a group are loitering around, and she thinks they're waiting for a drug delivery
5:01PM - 801 23rd Ave S - Disturbance - A man has barricaded himself in a home. Police were already there, but it's not clear why.
Update: The man escaped through a window. Police are asking for k-9 to help find him. Described as a white male, 37, 5'10", 160#medium build, possibly headed southbound in a black crown vic.
5:02PM - 14th & Jefferson - Accident - A boy was hit while on his bike . Medics are in route.
Update: This was a hit & run. The boy was taken to his home nearby by a witness
6:47PM - Broadway E. & E. Thomas - Hit & Run - Victim has minor injuries. Running vehicle is a Black Range Rover
7:36PM - 1400 S. Lane - Shoplifting - Female in custody at Goodwill, and her husband has just arrived and is making threats to security
3:09PM - 1300 E. Madison - Suspicious Circumstance - Man casing the ATM, waiting for people to leave cards or cash behind. Black male, late 20s-early thirtys, gray basball cap & jeans. Associated with a charcoal gray car

man casing Bank of America ATM
When I was at the Bank of America ATM (the one at 1300 E Madison) last week there was a guy there then too who was totally casing it. He was just walking around, pretending to use the one machine and then went right over to the one I was using once I was done using it.

No, I didn't call it in. Bad neighbor?
