Found dog - brown lab puppy?

Wow, he looks and sounds a lot like my neighbor's dog, Coco, except he should have a collar (and lives near MLK and Columbia). If you've still got him, I'll check with my neighbor when I get home tonight. What's the best way for him to reach you?

if you still cannot find the pups owners - i was planning on getting a rescue lab, so if he needs a home, let me know... i just live down the street and could take care of him and make sure he has good times. thanks.
