Found dog - brown lab puppy?

This dog came across MLK near Cherry to follow me and my puggle home. No tags, fixed male, seems young. No fear of the street or cars. Is he yours? They're having a great time playing, but I'm sure he wants to come home.

Wow, he looks and sounds a lot like my neighbor's dog, Coco, except he should have a collar (and lives near MLK and Columbia). If you've still got him, I'll check with my neighbor when I get home tonight. What's the best way for him to reach you?

if you still cannot find the pups owners - i was planning on getting a rescue lab, so if he needs a home, let me know... i just live down the street and could take care of him and make sure he has good times. thanks.
