11:06AM - 600 18th Ave E - Hit and Run - Parking enforcement officer was issuing a ticket and the driver struck his "scooter" in anger with the vehicle. Suspect is in a black Acura SUV with a handicapped placard, last seen Southbound on 18th Ave
11:42AM - 100 Broadway E - Disturbance - Woman is singing very vulgar songs in Dick's parking lot. Suspect is a white female, 30s
11:44AM - Broadway and E Pine - Disturbance - Two men yelling at each other in the street. Caller fears for their safety. White male, 30s, blue jeans, black male, 30s, black jacket
11:52AM - 15th Ave and E Thomas - Hazard - Non-energized trolley cable is hanging in the street
12:13PM - 900 27th Ave - Parking Complaint - Pickup truck is parked in the yard obstructing traffic. Dispatch says the house is hostile to police
12:32PM - 34th Ave and E Pike St - Narcotics Activity - Several people smoking drugs
12:49PM - 917 E. Jefferson - Accident - 4 vehicle accident, no injuries
1:08PM - 200 13th ave E - Hit & Run - Caller heard the suspect vehicle hit two parked cars and then saw it driving away. Red Dodge Ram Pickup, with damage to right front wheel. The damage may limit how far it can get.
1:26PM - 3300 E Spring - Disturbance - Man has locked himself inside the Woman's restroom at Madrona Playground
3:38PM - 21st & E. Union - Narcotics Activity - Several people in an argument
3:48PM - 3200 E. Spruce - Trespassing - Caller is at a house with an insurance adjuster and believes that it is occupied by people who shouldn't be there
4:00PM - 400 18th Ave E - Alarm - Residential Hold-Up alarm
4:24PM - 722 25th Ave S - Fmaily Disturbance - Complainant's brother is yelling, has pulled a gun on him in the past
4:58PM - 2800 E Cherry St - Disturbance - Man walked in to the Deli, used the restroom on the floor, and is now in an argument with employees, black male, 40s, tan hat, blue jeans, jacket
5:25PM - 800 25th Ave S - Possible Burglary - Woman came home to find her door open. She is with her children and scared to enter the house

Something about that ziggy-zaggy intersection that grabs arms off passing trolleys and similar issues. See it more than 1X.
