Update:
Police have found a man matching the description. For an arrest they need a witness to confirm that he was brandishing the weapon. The caller was a passer-by, used a pay phone, and is no longer in the area.

The man now has a dolly, and is trying to remove a large item, possibly a washer or dryer

Police contacted a man at the house who said he's there to help the owner move
