10:08AM - 35th Ave and Union - Suspicious circumstances - Caller sees three juveniles who appear to be casing the neighborhood
10:35AM - 300 Lakeside S - Alarm - Audible commercial alarm
11:13AM - E Highland Dr and Volunteer Park Rd - Indecent Exposure - Man exposing himself in Volunteer Park. He is a white male, 30s, glasses, black coat
11:27AM - 1600 E Olive Way - Shoplifting - Man fled from Starbucks, white male, 20s, facial piercing, jeans
12:26PM - Lake Washington Blvd and E Madison - Disturbance - Aggressive panhandlers harassing people, white female, 20s, white male, very hairy and bearded
1:08PM - 900 Martin Luther King Jr. Way S - Blocked Driveway - A white truck is blocking a driveway, and they've assigned it to a patrol officer instead of parking because the house has a hazard warning on it from 2003, resulting from the resident's history of shooting at a neighbor's dog and calling local kids by racist names. Sounds like a great neighbor.
1:09PM - Broadway & E. Union - Suspicious Circumstance - Caller saw a man jump out of a vehicle, grab a backpack from some bushes, then drive away westbound. White male, 20s, dark sweatshirt jeans, associated with a blue ford explorer. Update: The complainant followed the vehicle over to Seattle Central near Broadway
1:20PM - 1401 Broadway E - Shoplifting - Person in custody at QFC
1:53PM - 600 5th Ave S - Bank Robbery - WaMu robbed, no weapons shown. Suspect is a dark-complected, black male, 25, dark puffy coat, jeans, black shirt
2:02PM - 1800 22nd Ave - Alarm - Audible residential alarm
2:26PM - 747 Broadway - Warrant Suspect - Man with warrants is at the Swedish Hospital Neonatal wing.
3:01PM - 200 Broadway - Shoplifing - From American Apparel. Suspect is a white male, scarf, hoodie
3:02PM - Martin Luther King Jr Way and E Alder - Accident - Three car injury accident
3:24PM - Lake Washington Blvd E and E Miller St - Assault - Person assaulted. Suspect is a white male, black shirt, blue jeans
3:31PM - 17th Ave and E Cherry St - Accident - Metro bus vs car, no injuries. However, it is known that the driver of the car does not have a license. Update: The driver fled in his vehicle, a burgundy Altima. Police have plates and driver's address.
3:33PM - 1300 E Madison - Fraud - Woman is trying to pay via fraudulent means at Rite Aid. She is a black female, 30's
3:36PM - 1400 Broadway E - Shoplifting - Adult male in custody at QFC
3:59PM - 400 32nd Ave E - Missing Child - 13-year-old hispanic male, wearing school uniform. Dispatch is not sure if he's actually missing, but is requesting that officers check to see if he made it home from school. Update: He arrived home as police got there. Parents were unsure he knew the way home
4:20PM - 21st Ave and E Union St - Narcotics Activity - Man selling. Black male, tall, dark grey jacket with fur around the hood, jeans
4:45PM - 1600 E Olive Way - Narcotics Activity - Man doing drugs in the Starbucks bathroom
5:01PM - 13th Ave and E Fir - Disturbance - Male and female in bright-colored clothing arguing. They are associated with a black Camaro.
5:13PM - 1400 20th Ave - Disturbance - Woman says her grown son kicked in her door yelling that he just "beat somebody to a pulp" in the alley. No weapons or blood seen.
5:35PM - 16th and Howell - Illegal trimming - Man who does not appear to be a city employee is trimming a city-owned tree. He is a white male, 20s, white pickup

I am tempted to run up and see for myself, but this sounds like a pretty scary sight (though, I hope they're really up the street a bit, which is technically Washington Park and not the CD anymore):
