CDNews Police Scanner - 10/29

From the last wednesday of October, 2008: 

12:05PM - 1800 Madrona Dr. - Alarm - Covering the front door of a residence
1:02PM - 11th Ave and E Pine St - Suspicious circumstances - A man with a bloody shoulder is waundering around Cal Anderson ,white male, 30, white shirt black pants
1:27PM - 36th E & E. Harrison - Narcotics Activity - Complaint about two groups of teenagers smoking weed in a park. 5 black males, 17
1:29PM - 131 Broadway E - Narcotics Activity - Police flagged down about a woman selling drugs in the Dick's parking lot. She's a black female wearing all red, associated with a gold Cadillac.
2:23PM - 705 E. Pike - Shoplifting - Caller says that 10 males (!) stole "lots of merchandise", including a computer, and left westbound in a black mercedes (clown car?)
2:38PM - 23rd & E. John - Speed Trap - Officer out with a radar gun at 23rd & John
3:12PM - 12th E. & E. John - Hit & Run - A silver honda 4-door hit a cyclist and left the scene westbound
3:17PM - 26th Ave E & Lake Washington Blvd East - Accident - Between two vehicles. Medics are on the scene This was actually a rotted power pole that fell down into the street. No injuries. A city light crew is on the way to provide a fix. Lake Washington Blvd is blocked in both directions, probably for at least 30 minutes. There is one motorist trapped in her vehicle with live power wires touching it.
Update: 4:13pm - Traffic now open in both directions
3:29PM - Madison & Summit - Disturbance - Agitated transient was punching a bag and "saying inappropriate things" to pedestrians. Black male, 25-30, black jacket, dark blue hoody.
3:50PM - 110 Summit Ave E - Theft - 6 teenagers stole a tip jar from a teriyaki joint. 6 black males in black clothing, last seen walking towards Broadway on Olive.
4:50PM - Rainier S & S. Charles - Hit & Run - A light-colored SUV has hit a parked Isuzu Trooper. The two occupants of the SUV got out and ran away to the east, with one throwing a gun away into the bushes as he left. Black males, mid to late 20s, one in a gray sweatshirt with a white tshirt under that, the other with a dark baseball cap & puffy black jacket. One also has a big scratch on the right side of his face.
Update: The SUV was earlier reported stolen
Update x2: A city employee told an officer that the gray sweatshirt may be up on 20th Ave S
Update x3: The gun was ditched in the 1800 block of S. Charles
Update x4: They're trying to bring out a gun-tracking dog (who knew?)
5:23PM - 415 10th Ave - Disturbance - A resident is throwing things around the common area of a halfway house. Asian male, 47

maybe they meant "teen males"?
Unless the black Mercedes was a stretch, that does seem like clown-car territory.
