Police flagged down about a woman selling drugs in the Dick's parking lot. She's a black female wearing all red, associated with a gold Cadillac.

Between two vehicles. Medics are on the scene
This was actually a rotted power pole that fell down into the street. No injuries. A city light crew is on the way to provide a fix. Lake Washington Blvd is blocked in both directions, probably for at least 30 minutes. There is one motorist trapped in her vehicle with live power wires touching it.

Agitated transient was punching a bag and "saying inappropriate things" to pedestrians. Black male, 25-30, black jacket, dark blue hoody.

6 teenagers stole a tip jar from a teriyaki joint. 6 black males in black clothing, last seen walking towards Broadway on Olive.

A light-colored SUV has hit a parked Isuzu Trooper. The two occupants of the SUV got out and ran away to the east, with one throwing a gun away into the bushes as he left. Black males, mid to late 20s, one in a gray sweatshirt with a white tshirt under that, the other with a dark baseball cap & puffy black jacket. One also has a big scratch on the right side of his face.
Update:
The SUV was earlier reported stolen

A city employee told an officer that the gray sweatshirt may be up on 20th Ave S

The gun was ditched in the 1800 block of S. Charles
Update x4:
They're trying to bring out a gun-tracking dog (who knew?)

Unless the black Mercedes was a stretch, that does seem like clown-car territory.
