Suspicious Circumstance

Man saw a possible prowler in his backyard. Black male, 40s, gray hoodie with the word "Fallen" on it, black jeans, sun glasses. He's now southbound on foot in someone else's yard, east of the alley. May be high or intoxicated, and is yelling as he passes through the yards. Other calls are reporting the same behavior.

The original complainant says that the suspect also kicked and "menaced" his dog
