A car that officers are quite familiar with is failing to yield to a patrol car. The chase is low speed (< 25 mph) and heading Northbound up 26th. Officers believe he is heading for his home in the area of 27th and Spring.

Officers apprehended the suspect at 26th and Marion.

Here's how it went down: the bus was stopped at 23rd & Union, and the suspect stole the victim's 3G iphone, then got off the bus and walked southbound. Suspect is a black male, 18, athletic build, 6'4", in a red zip up hoody, dark jeans
