Update:
This was actually an intentional vehicular assault against a pedestrian who was saving a parking space.

Woman came home to find a burglar in her house. She retreated to the neigbhor's house for help. Suspect is a white male, 20s, 6', blue shirt, short brown hair, light colored pants, last seen northbound in the alley. There may be a vehicle involved - the caller heard a vehicle start after he left through the window. Other witnesses saw a light blue, powder blue pickup leaving the alley at that time. A laptop computer is missing from the house. (folks: Laptops are nice & portable. Put them in a safe place when you're away)
