9:50AM - 3200 E Mercer - Suspicious Circumstance - Two black males going door to door. One caller discovered a suspect in his backyard. When questioned, the suspect provided a phony story.
11:04AM - E Pike and Broadway - Superman - Cop on radio: "Does anyone know a Mr. **** that also goes by the name of Superman?" Apparently, Superman is causing a disturbance on Broadway. Another Cop on radio: "Was he dressed as the Green Lantern earlier?"
11:06AM - 2000 S Jackson - Burglary - Forced entry at Hidmos. The owner arrived this morning to find the rear door kicked in.
11:20AM - 33rd and E Pine - Attempted Burglary - The caller witnessed an attempted burglary of her neighbor's garage. Four black juvenile males broke into the garage and took bicycles. When they saw the caller, they put them back and became very hostile.
12:15PM - 15th & Garfield seattle - Disturbance - Caller can hear a man yelling obsenities at Boren Park, but doesn't know whether he's alone or yelling at someone
12:24PM - 1401 Broadway - Shoplifting - 2 juvenile males in custody at QFC
12:49PM - 421 E. Pine - Disturbance - A man is in the Zebra Club store yelling and waving a knife around. Black male 40s, with a black & white leather jacket on with an "S" on it. "He may be on something". Victim was chased into the store by the suspect.
1:00PM - 321 Broadway E - Disturbance - A man is spraying ketchup on people as they walk by. He say's he's upset over his friends death. Hispanic male, early 40s. Dispatch: "Unknown if its the same man in the Green Lantern costume" Officer: "Yes. That's the same individual I talked to earlier. He's very agitated. " Dispatch: "Roger. Green Lantern is Superman and he is really agitated."
1:01PM - Melrose & Thomas - Hazard - Man flying a kite over the freeway, tied to the guard rail. Update: He may be attempting to hang a banner instead
1:13PM - 14th & Main - Welfare Check - 3 year old and infant left unattended in a maroon car
1:30PM - 901 E Denny Way - Green Lantern - Caller says that the Green Lantern is threatening to spray "blood" on people.
1:41PM - Broadway and E Denny - Green Lantern - The Green Lantern is now calling police saying that an employee of the "Smoke Shop" is waving a stick at him in a threatening manner.
1:47PM - 665 23rd Ave - Prostitution - 2 females working the AM/PM parking lot, approaching men at the gas pumps black females, 20s, red t-shirt kaki pants, black female 40s, gray shirt & gray pants
2:25PM - 1025 E. Fir - 911 Hang-Up - 911 hang-up call, no answer on call back
2:45PM - Melrose & E. Pike - Warrant Check - Officer flagged down by a man who was curious to see if he had any open warrants. Update: Why, yes, you do have some open warrants, and have been trespassed from the eagle (is that possible?). Would you like an arrest with that?
3:27PM - 1800 30th Ave - Burglary - Man arrived home to find evidence of a burglary. He has not checked inside yet, and is waiting out front until police arrive
3:28PM - 23rd & Spring - Narcotics Activity - 3 men selling drugs, on foot eastbound on Spring. Black males, no further description
3:36PM - 815 E. Thomas - Fight Disturbance - 1 female and 3 males in a physical fight. 2 black males are evidently doing the fighting, with one female and another male trying to pull them apart
3:44PM - 8th & Weller - Purse Snatch - Man stole a woman's purse and took off in a green ford taurus 4-door, last seen eastbound on Jackson. Black male 30s, red stripped shirt.
4:47PM - 1401 Broadway - Shoplifting - Female in custody at QFC with no ID
4:52PM - 23rd & E. Union - Fight Disturbance - 2 males fighting, one with a 2x4. 2 black males, one with a black jacket.
5:26PM - 1400 Broadway - Shoplifting - Female shoplifter in custody at QFC.
5:37PM - 1400 S Lane St - Shoplifting - Shoplifter in custody at Goodwill.
5:39PM - 21st and Union - Narcotics Activity - A man is selling drugs to passing cars.
5:53PM - E Pine St and Broadway - Disturbance - Skateboarders are riding on the sidewalks running into pedestrians in front of Seattle Central CC. Two white males, 20's, with skateboards...

How about expressing your sympathy to Hidmo for their break-in, doing some in-depth investigation AND a restaurant review for the blog by eating there and reporting back to us?

Great suggestion Andrew. Hidmo is great - not only for food, but because the owner is socially conscious and engaged in the community - especially with youth. The Friday night music events offer a great opportunity for kids to express their creativity and be in a safe place. I hope that this break in doesn't hurt their ability to stay in business. Everyone should go check them out for dinner!

Years and years ago I was offered sex in exchange for disposable diapers at that gas station.

Seemed a flawed business model.

Police were having a hard time tracking him down (perhaps a cloaking superpower?). I don't think they ever found him after he first materialized.

i'm fairly sure that they couldn't find him because he was dressed like superman AND green lantern.
