Something going on at Flo Ware Park today

Significant police presence and something that from driving by might have been people laying down flowers? Anyone know what is up?

Today at 2:42pm we heard on the scanner that there was a group of 20 "known gang members" hanging around the park. Police responded in large numbers and reported the situation as "under control".

There was no aid response nor any mention of victims, so I don't think anyone was hurt.

I saw 15 or 20 young people standing around there Sunday night as well. There seemed to be flowers and/or small signs there.
